Mental health is the state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.

Recently in a survey in Bihar noted that 16 percent of young men and 9 percent of young women reported signs of mental disorders. Mental health is proportional to physical health. For better functioning of the human brain we need to do yoga, meditation and physical exercises on regular basis. It will not only help us to take proper decisions in difficult times but will also help to make our life better.
